  3. Not to be directly or indirectly discriminated against for employment, or once employed, for reasons of sex, marital status, age within the limits set by this Law, racial or ethnic origin, social condition, religion or convictions, political ideas, orientation sexual, affiliation or not to a union, as well as by reason of language, within the Spanish State. Nor may they be discriminated against on the basis of disability, as long as they are fit to perform the job or employment in question.
  4. To their physical integrity and an adequate safety and hygiene policy.
  5. Respect for their privacy and due consideration for their dignity, including protection against harassment based on racial or ethnic origin, religion or beliefs, disability, age or sexual orientation and against sexual harassment and harassment based on sex.
  6. To the timely receipt of the agreed or legally established remuneration.
  7. To the individual exercise of actions derived from their employment contract.
  8. To any others that arise specifically from the employment contract.
