Yesterday we were notified of the ruling by which two of our clients who were demanding the return of the Bankia shares They will recover all their money, along with legal interest (around 4%) and costs.
The Court of First Instance of San Javier (Murcia) took very little time to issue a ruling against Bankia, which wanted the interest to be limited to 1% without a ruling on costs.
However, the Judgment is resounding and condemns Bankia to everything requested in our lawsuit.
